The Iron Deficiency test is a simple at-home finger-prick blood test to quickly check your iron levels. Iron is an important mineral your body needs to make healthy red blood cells.
If you don’t have enough iron, your body cannot make enough red blood cells, which could result in a condition called iron deficiency anaemia.
Knowing the reason for “feeling tired” is essential for your overall health: 12-15% of women and 2% of men are iron deficient. If iron deficiency is left unchecked, it can affect your brain, physical fitness and immune system.
